David-Jon Ballinger graduated with a Masters in Musical Theatre Performance from Mountview Academy in 2023 and previously studied a BA in Musical Theatre at Trinity Laban Conservatoire.

 

He has performed around the world in 5 star resorts and aboard Luxury Cruise liners; recently completing a contract as M1 Vocalist with Viking Cruises. One of his favourite Cruise experiences was playing Horace Hardwick in Top Hat the Musical aboard The Queen Elizabeth.

 

David-Jon is excited to return to Pantomime having previously performed in touring productions as Abanazar in Aladdin, Captain Hook in Peter Pan and as Buttons in Cinderella. He is looking forward to finally winning Cinderella’s heart this time as The Prince! Oh yes he is!!

 

Other credits include: The Conductor in The Polar Express (South Devon Railway); Lead Vocalist for Thursford Christmas Spectacular; Sprocket the Elf in Santa’s New Sleigh at The Capitol Theatre Horsham; King Basilius in Head Over Heels: A New Musical at Mountview and Peisander in Lysistrata: The Sex Strike at the Lion and Unicorn Theatre, Droitwich.

Aside from Performing, David-Jon enjoys teaching Musical Theatre and Acting to children in Dorset.
